Bespoke Clothing:

Once a bespoke order is placed and a deposit is paid, we immediately order your fabric. For this reason, if you decide to cancel a garment or change the fabric after it is ordered, there is a restocking fee of 35% of the garment cost. Once a garment has been cut, no modifications can be made to the order.

Bespoke clothing cannot be returned due to the purchaser changing his/her mind. If the garment does not fit properly, alterations are offered for free until the garment fits and the customer is satisfied.

Leather Goods:

Leather goods can be returned for in-store credit only within 30 days of purchase and in like-new condition with receipt of purchase. If a product was purchased online and needs to be returned or exchanged, the cost of shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
